Refund policy

All gates, railing and other steel, metal and wood fabrications are created on a custom basis to match the customer requirement. 

As such a refundable deposit is required for each order and once fabricated and paid in full refunds are not possible. 

We work carefully with each customer to ensure your design is exactly what you want before any fabrication work begins.
